2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding agreements to use
our services.

You are responsible for ensuring that the information provided during registration remains accurate
and up to date.


3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • All activities performed under your account.

  • Promptly notifying us of any unauthorized account access.

5. Orders and Payments

All services are provided on a prepaid basis unless otherwise agreed.

Customers agree to:

  • Pay all invoices before their due dates.
  • Maintain valid payment information.
  • Be responsible for applicable taxes and governmental fees.

Failure to pay invoices may result in suspension or termination of services.


6. Renewals

Services configured for automatic renewal will renew using the selected payment method unless
canceled before the renewal date.

Failure to renew a service before its expiration may result in service interruption, data loss,
additional recovery fees, or permanent deletion.


7. Domain Registration

Domain registrations are subject to the policies of the applicable registry, registrar,
and ICANN where applicable.

We do not guarantee the availability of any requested domain until registration has been
successfully completed.

Domain registration fees are generally non-refundable once registration has been submitted.


8. Acceptable Use

Customers agree not to use our services for activities that:

  • Violate applicable laws or regulations.
  • Distribute malware, ransomware, or malicious software.
  • Send unsolicited bulk email (spam).
  • Host phishing or fraudulent websites.
  • Infringe intellectual property rights.
  • Interfere with the stability or security of our infrastructure.
  • Consume excessive resources in a manner that negatively affects other customers.

9. Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services immediately if:

  • These Terms are violated.
  • Payment remains overdue.

  • Customer activity threatens platform stability or security.
  • We receive legally valid requests from governmental or regulatory authorities.

Where practical, reasonable notice will be provided before suspension.


10. Data and Backups

Customers are responsible for maintaining independent backups of their data.

Although backup services may be offered for certain products, backups are provided as a convenience
and are not guaranteed unless explicitly included within the purchased service.


11. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high service availability.

Scheduled maintenance, emergency maintenance, upstream outages, force majeure events, and
circumstances beyond our reasonable control may temporarily affect service availability.

Service availability commitments, where applicable, are governed by our Service Level Agreement (SLA).


12. Intellectual Property

All website content, trademarks, logos, software, documentation, and related materials remain
the property of Guzour or their respective owners.

Customers retain ownership of their own content and data.


13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Guzour shall not be liable for indirect,
incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of revenue, profits,
business opportunities, or data arising from the use or inability to use our services.


14. Indemnification

Customers agree to indemnify and hold Guzour harmless from claims, damages, liabilities,
expenses, and legal costs arising from misuse of the services or violation of these Terms.


15. Privacy

Personal information is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

By using our services, you consent to such processing.


16. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms of Service at any time.
Material changes will become effective upon publication on our website unless otherwise stated.
