4. Domain Services

Domain registration, renewal, transfer, redemption, and restoration fees cannot be refunded
once the order has been submitted to the domain registrar.

Domain availability is not guaranteed until registration has been successfully completed.


5. Refund Requests

Customers requesting a refund for an eligible service must submit a support ticket through
the client area within the applicable refund period stated for that service.

Guzour reserves the right to verify account ownership and review all refund requests before
approval.


6. Refund Method

Approved refunds are issued as account credit by default and may be used toward future
purchases or service renewals.

If the customer specifically requests a refund to the original payment method, Guzour may
process the refund using the original payment method whenever technically and legally possible.

Processing times depend on the payment provider and financial institution.


7. Service Suspension or Termination

Services suspended or terminated due to violations of our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy are not eligible for refunds.


8. Chargebacks

Customers are encouraged to contact our support team before initiating a payment dispute or
chargeback.

Unauthorized chargebacks may result in immediate suspension or termination of services and
may affect eligibility for future services.
